Your story matters. ✨ 🗓 Start Date: November 4th, 2025 — Open Enrollment 📅 Meets: Every Tuesday, 6:00–7:00 PM 💻 Format: Virtual (Telehealth) 👥 Who: All female-identifying individuals, 18+ I work best with individuals who feel deeply but often struggle to make sense of those emotions. Many of my clients come to therapy carrying the weight of trauma, relational wounds, or identity confusion, often compounded by cultural or neurodivergent experiences. They may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or disconnected from others and themselves. In our work together, they’re not just looking for coping tools, but for clarity, healing, and self-compassion. My goal is to offer a space where they can safely explore who they are, process what they've lived through, and begin building a life that feels more grounded. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma, identity development, and emotional overwhelm. I tailor each session to your unique needs—whether that means building concrete coping skills, processing difficult memories, or helping you reconnect with your sense of self. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve been carrying so much on your own for a long time. Whether you're feeling emotionally exhausted, uncertain about your future, or just needing a space where you don't have to explain everything, you're not alone. I offer a space where your story will be heard with care and without judgment. **Transition into Adulthood: Support Group** Are you feeling overwhelmed by the challenges of becoming an adult? Whether you're navigating decisions about school, work, relationships, identity, or independence, you’re not alone. Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you haven't done it before. My goal is to allow you to feel comfortable as you transition into therapy by being warm, transparent, patient and affirming. I take a person centered approach which means I listen nonjudgmentally so you feel understood and supported in sessions. I meet clients where they are at and empower clients to decide what they want to focus on in sessions. I have primarily worked with young adults in my career. My experience allows me to adjust my approach to meet the unique circumstances of my clients and assist clients in times of crisis. Clients I serve often struggle to maintain stable relationships, need assistance navigating life transitions, and coping with their emotions.

Currently accepting new clients starting September 2025. Life can be difficult with challenges that get thrown our way. I work with adults 18+ experiencing anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, relationship concerns, trauma, and more. I value meeting the client where they are at and assisting them in discovering their strengths. It is important that an individual has a warm and safe space and that is one of my main goals to provide to others. I am licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. I utilize a person-centered approach mixed with CBT to focus on providing unconditional positive regard and respect while guiding clients through life stressors, traumas, emotional regulation, and finding the right coping techniques for you. I want to thank you and tell you how proud I am that you took the first step in prioritizing yourself. I invite you to take this next step in your journey to healing.

The client I do best with is the good kid in the family that never causes waves or the quiet kid in the classroom that is a great team member but never makes a fuss. I work best with the silent suffering - those who look just fine on paper and are out and about in their personal life. These are those folks who are too nice, always making excuses for bad behaviors in relationships and ultimately ending up feeling invisible and unloved. I do well helping these types realize their value and helping them assert themselves. I typically work with people who may not have a full blown addiction but might be suffering by drinking too much or keeping an eating disorder in secret. They are getting their pain out in unhealthy ways.

I enjoy working with young adults who are looking for support with life transitions, balancing responsibilities, ADHD, Autism, anxiety, and depression. In whatever areas you are struggling—life transitions, relationships, school, work and/or family—I'll meet you right where you are and offer you the tailored support you need to reach your goals. A life filled with connection and ease is possible. Reach out today for a 15-minute consultation call. I look forward to hearing from you.

If you are looking for support with self-exploration and self-esteem; experiencing relationship stress, depression or anxiety; adjusting to life at school or other big changes; or if you just feel like you need somewhere to unpack things you've been carrying for too long -- let's talk. I welcome every piece of your journey with radical acceptance - the grit, the shame, the parts we all try to hide and bury away. The funny thing about those things is, we all have them. I love therapy because it gives that stuff some room to breathe - which gives YOU room to breathe. And reboot. And make plans for what comes next. Over my years in the field, I've developed an approach to therapy that combines creativity and collaboration, focusing on a trusting, safe connection as the bedrock of our work. I utilize a variety of talk and expressive therapy modalities and love approaching things through a non-traditional lens. Connecting with a therapist when you're already struggling can be really overwhelming. Be proud that you're taking this first step right now. With time and space to bear witness to the answers you have within yourself, and a person you trust to help, it becomes easier to feel better and find the ground beneath your feet.
