Morgan is a compassionate and skilled therapist with multiple years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Before becoming a therapist, she spent 2–3 years as a social worker, providing support and advocacy for diverse communities. She currently offers individual therapy to clients age 13-35. Morgan tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients, integrating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other somatic-informed techniques to support healing from anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. She specializes in working with teens, young adults, the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals facing major life transitions. With a deep understanding of how emotions manifest in the body, Morgan helps clients develop skills to manage distress, regulate emotions, and process past experiences. Whether working through trauma responses or coping with life’s uncertainties, she provides a supportive space for clients to explore, heal, and grow. Morgan believes that anyone is able to heal when they have the proper space with support, understanding, and empowerment. She works to create a therapy atmosphere where anyone can be comfortable and fully focus on personal needs without outside distractions. With these needs properly addressed, clients can tap into skills they already have and learn to mold them into intentional responses to stressors.

I am kind, compassionate, and validating. I graduated from Herron School of Art and Design in 2021 with a masters degree in Art Therapy. I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC) and a Registered Art Therapist (ATR). I am passionate about finding creative outlets to apply towards mental health goals.
As a therapist rooted in a client-centered approach, I am committed to providing you with empathy, compassion, and a peaceful, supportive environment where you can safely explore your past traumas, and manage stress, anxiety, depression, and more. Together, we will work collaboratively to uncover and address underlying trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and build self-awareness. I have experience working with individuals facing a variety of mental health and substance use disorders. In our sessions, I draw upon evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, while also being able to integrate faith into our work if it aligns with your values. Healing and growth are not destinations but ongoing processes of discovery, transformation, and becoming. My role as your therapist is to walk alongside you on this lifelong journey, fostering holistic change and resilience every step of the way.
Dave Kyrie has dedicated his career to the service of others. With 18 years in healthcare, he has worked in a variety of settings including trauma, intensive care, behavioral health, surgical recovery, and deployed medicine with the US Army. He has seen how the challenges and tragedies of life can affect people, and his dedication to help others to recover in a hospital changed to a passion to collaborate with patients to improve the quality of their life. This passion led him to pursue education as a PMHNP where he focused primarily on adult and adolescent mood disorders, traumatic response, and recovery from substance use disorders. Dave believes that all individuals have inherent value and are deserving of help and opportunities to improve their life. Dave works collaboratively with adults and adolescents, aged 12 years and up who experience symptoms such as depression, anxiety, mood swings, difficulty with sleep, substance use disorders, and other behavior disruptions.
Connected in Community is a mental health and wellness practice born out of a desire to provide a safe and comfortable environment for people to grieve, celebrate, and heal despite the complexities of the society we live in. The staff uses a blend of traditional psychotherapy informed by Critical Race Theory, Feminism, Abolition, Queer inclusion, and other liberation-centered ideas to guide their work.
At Helix Health Group we believe creating an environment of health and wellness begins with an open empathetic therapeutic relationship. A place where people feel safe to explore their family/relationship dynamics, unresolved traumas, and coping mechanisms. Through this exploration we will discover in what ways these impact your life. All the while, working together to identify your individual strengths and how we can adapt these to empower growth. We will establish an individual treatment plan that may include medications, complementary and alternative wellness interventions, and/or psychotherapy. Our focus is building strong therapeutic alliances, facilitating personal & professional growth, and treating all mental health conditions including addictions with modern medical interventions and psychotherapy. We are passionate about mental health and helping others appreciate their individual strengths.
I work best with students who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or trying to make sense of a lot of emotions at once. You might be navigating big transitions, relationship stress, academic pressure, or feeling unsure about who you are or what comes next. Sometimes everything looks “fine” on the outside, but internally it feels heavy or hard to manage. The students I work with are often thoughtful and self-aware, but may feel stuck, overthinking, or emotionally drained. They’re looking for a space where they can slow down, understand what they’re feeling, and learn how to manage stress in a way that actually works for them. If you’re open to exploring your experiences, building emotional awareness, and finding more balance and clarity, we would likely be a good fit.

Hi, I'm Bonnie! Life is full of many challenges and transitions, especially during young adulthood when navigating the stresses and pressures of personal, professional, and academic next steps. Whatever brings you to seek therapy, I would be honored to be alongside you for the journey to healing and wholeness. I am passionate about providing a safe space for you to feel seen and heard, while providing competent, evidence-based therapy. I incorporate a variety of approaches based on your unique needs, but I specialize in psychodynamic approaches like Internal Family Systems that recognize how the past influences your present. Together, we can work through whatever has been holding you back to get you to a place of feeling healthier, more grounded, and fully empowered to live into your most authentic self.
I work best with students seeking to understand the deeper sources of their issues. Many students experience anxiety and depression especially when first entering college. This can be very difficult and disruptive personally, socially and academically. Often there are feelings of deep sadness, uncertainty, fear, loneliness, shame and anger. There is a way through this difficult time and I would be very interested to work it through with you.
