Phoenix Morales
Do you want to take control of your mind, feelings and life? Do you desire to have the power to change your circumstances or mindset right now? My name is Phoenix and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I enjoy working with people who are dealing with things that may be dictating their life such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, life changing situations, postpartum care and more. As your therapist, I want to help you regain control over your mindset and life. I want to assist you in achieving your mental health, wellness, and life goals and offer you hope and guidance.
I meet you where you're at and aim to identify your thought processes and perspectives that may be limiting you from experiencing joy and confidence and from reaching your potential. I use a variety of advanced therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
I invite you to take this next step on your journey. You deserve to feel better and overcome any limitations you are experiencing in order to feel proud, genuinely happy, and capable of anything. Prioritizing yourself and your wellbeing may not be the easiest journey but it will all be worth it.
