Leah Niccolls
Hello! As a Licensed Professional Counselor I have over 7 years of experience working with children, adolescents, & adults. Life can be really hard & so can seeking help, I would be honored to work with you in navigating both!
I see each person as being unique, therefore there is no cookie cutter, one size fits all, approach! I use a combination of trauma counseling methods (TFCBT & EMDR), evaluating our thoughts (CBT), making meaning (Existential Therapy), & other proven counseling methods individually tailored & fitting for each client I am working with. I also am a Christian counselor, I will work with & honor everyone's personal religious views, & so see the value of incorporating one's faith & professional counseling together!
