Chat & Chai Therapy
Hi,
I provide therapy for community builders, leaders and dreamers looking to make a positive impact in society from non-profit directors to public service staff and even the youngest leaders. I work with adults and kids ages 10 and up and anyone who would consider themselves invested in their community and looking to make the world a brighter place. Each one of us has our own approach to activism and our own challenges. We can work through those, so you can stay in action and keep making progress and also rest when needed and recharge.
My approach is warm and holistic. Each one has our own approach to activism and challenges, too. Together we can find a balance. With over 20 years in community organizing and leadership, I understand that your service work is important, that to be heard is to heal, to recognize is to solve and that we all have the power to change lives.
I believe healing is contagious: when one person begins to thrive, it ripples outward, touching relationships, communities and the world. Your journey is just as important as everyone else's and you deserve a space to recognize that, reflect on solutions and make a plans for greater happiness. I invite you to reach out and let's begin on the road.
